Jeff Mendrala is a nationally certified lighting designer with over two decades of experience in architectural lighting. As the founder of KL Lighting, Jeff is one of fewer than 1,500 professionals certified by the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions (NCQLP). He is an active member of both the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD).

Throughout his career, Jeff has collaborated with leading architects, designers, and builders on high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the United States and internationally. His design approach seamlessly blends technical precision with artistic sensitivity, delivering lighting solutions that enhance the space and elevate the experience.

Deena joined the design team in 2007. Deena has an interior design degree. She is in proficient Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, Lightroom CC, AutoCAD, and the Microsoft suite. Deena has many interests which include a life-long love of photography, travel, art, graphic design, landscaping (hardscape, native plants), and herbal medicine.

Tiffany joined the staff of KL Lighting in 2007 as the office manager. She also handles the marketing and accounting for the office. Before joining KL Lighting she was an architectural sales rep in the Texas area. Tiffany loves spending time with her family, reading and sharing her life experiences with other moms through organizations such as MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers http://www.mops.org), TxP2P (Texas Parent to Parent http://txp2p.org) and CC4C (Cheyanna’s Champions for Children https://www.cc4c.org/.)
